I am just a bit away from install cleaver on my server, but i am uncertain about the mail thing,
is it possible to install webmail / roundcube etc or mail server on my server along with websites?

First of all, welcome to Cleavr.
You can’t install webmail/roundcube directly from Cleavr. But I found a similar thread here Is there any Mail Service with cleaver? which might be helpful to you.

One thing to make sure of is to check your server provider’s email policy. Some of them, such as Hetzner and UpCloud, lock port 25 by default and you’d need to make a request to them in order to open up the port for email usage.

It’s always a better choice to separate email from web hosting.
If you need great email service for small money, try Qboxmail, they offer 8GB mailboxes for € 1,50 of less if you buy more. Beside Google and Microsoft, Qbox is one of the best!

Right and some providers shutdown your server if you get several complains about sending spam
