Subscription cancellation request

Hi,

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription but haven’t been able to find a way to do it through your platform. I’ve looked all over the system, including the account/subscriptions section where I can see my receipts, but there’s no option to cancel the subscription.

Could you please help me with this? I’d appreciate it if you could either process the cancellation directly or clearly guide me through the necessary steps.

Hello - on the same screen you see receipts, there is a button to manage subscription where you can then cancel subscription.

In the “Manage Subscriptions” section I couldn’t find any button to cancel the subscription; I removed the payment methods , and I’m not sure if that’s the same as cancelling.

I hope this is sufficient; I’m saying this to avoid getting messages that I haven’t made the payment or something similar.

There is no cancel button.

You’ll next need to click on the “Manage subscription and view invoices” button.

What I’m trying to explain is that I clicked on the “Manage subscription and view invoices” button, where I can see the list of payments, but there’s no button to cancel my subscription there — and that’s what I showed in the previous screenshots I uploaded.

It looks like you already canceled your account which is why you don’t see a cancel button. But the subscription page didn’t update after it was termed. I’ve made that update so it displays correctly.
