SSL certificate stuck at "pending"

Our ssl certificate aged out and while though the cleavr is requesting a new certificate it is taking way too long, meanwhile our site has limited visibility.

We need a solution very soon and I couldn’t find in the documentation on what to do next.

Hello Richard,

We’ll look into the SSL issue you’re experiencing and get back to you soon.

Hello Richard,

Both sites on the frontend server should now be in active status.

We investigated the issue for admin-dev.med.anydish.me and found logs related to both ZeroSSL and Let’s Encrypt.

The site currently shows an expired Let’s Encrypt certificate. Could you confirm if there was ever an attempt to issue a ZeroSSL certificate for it?

Yes. I tried deleting certificates and creating certificates. The ZeroSSL indicated that the certificate was valid for some time after transitioning from the pending state, then failed. So I then deleted it and was left with one pending let’s encrypt certificate that stayed at pending. At this moment this is the situation:

and the site is still not a valid https. The admin-dev.med server is fine because the expiration date for the certificate is still in the future.

Hello Richard,

The site should now have a ZeroSSL certificate activated. Previously, the site continued using an expired certificate even after a new SSL certificate was successfully issued. We will further investigate this issue to prevent it from happening again in the future.

Thank you for your assistance
