While creating a site, can we specify the database on a different server ? and probably make use of private IP provided

Currently, specifying a different database server during site creation is not supported.
However, you can choose to skip the “Setup Database” step during site creation. Once the site is created, you can update your environment variables through the Deployment Workflow under the Environment settings.
