Cannot access server - marked as "Restarting"

Had a sudden issue with one of my servers (Hetzner). Started when one of the deployments processes was causing 100% cpu utilisation.

In cleavr, I restarted the server but the server remains in “Restarting” and never leaves the state.
So, I’m unable to access the server. (it’s been in the state since Saturday)

But I can access the applications and still deploy to the server.
I can also access the server via SSH.

But, as mentioned, the server remains as “Restarting” in cleavr. How can I fix this?
Any tips and tricks?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The issue occurred due to downtime with our background task service. The server should now be accessible from Cleavr.
