I see that some of my backups won’t working. It has to run every day but it isn’t. When I want to change the cron I got this error.

The issue seems to be related to the server itself. Because of some reasons Cleavr couldn’t connect to your server and hence the request is timed out.
Please follow the instructions from our docs and let us know whether that works for you or not.
