Acme missing after changing server type from Database to App server

I had a VM connected as Database Server initially.

Later I needed to add sites on the VM. To do that, I first “forgot” the server, and then connected again as App Server.

Most configurations succeeded until I issued SSL. It failed. On some digging, I found that the acme was not installed on /root/.acme.sh/acme.sh

Is there some recommended way to handle this case? Will I be missing other dependencies too? If I were to install acme manually, will it work with cleavr dashboard?

Hello Yesh,

Could you please send me a DM with the email address associated with your Cleavr account?

Hello Yesh,

By any chance, is it a custom server and the same server is being re-provisioned? If that is the case, it may not be fully compatible, so we recommend provisioning a new server.

On a side note, regardless of the server type, whether it is a database server or an app server, they can be used interchangeably.

Thank you for recommendation.

It is true that it is a custom server and same server is being re-provisioned.

I would prefer if I was able to use it without shifting all to new VM.

Could you also tell following:

Hello,

It should work once the missing dependencies are installed. There may be additional dependencies that are also missing.

Please let me know the email address associated with your Cleavr account via DM if you would like us to look into the matter.
